The Manitowoc Company, Inc. (Manitowoc) is a diversified, global manufacturer of a broad range of equipment in cranes and related products, foodservice equipment, and marine operations. Headquartered in Manitowoc, Wisconsin, Manitowoc’s products are manufactured in more than twenty plants on three continents and sold to its customers through multiple distribution channels.

The company has embarked on an aggressive acquisition strategy that has added over a dozen companies to its operations since 1995, with more than half of them acquired within the past three years. Manitowoc has recently been focused on consolidating operations, selling off non-core businesses, and expanding market share and global operations through its acquisition policy in all business segments.
