| Hitachi Construction Machinery (HCMA) is a global supplier of hydraulic excavators. The company also manufactures lattice boom crawler cranes, tunnel boring machinery, rigid haulers and several other products. During the past ten years, the company has branched off to broaden its product line, which now includes compactors, articulated haulers, mini-excavators and wheel loaders. Many of these machines are produced in cooperation with other manufacturers, and Hitachi markets most of the machinery under its own brand name.
