Doosan Infracore is a public company and is part of the Doosan Group in Korea. DII, as it is known, was established in late 2007 following the $4.9 billion acquisition of Bobcat, Utility Equipment and Attachments divisions by Doosan Infracore from Ingersoll-Rand Company.
