CNH is a global, full-line manufacturer of both agricultural and construction equipment, complete with a range of replacement parts and support services. It manufactures and distributes Case and New Holland branded products through established distribution networks. CNH manufactures its products in thirty-nine facilities throughout the world and distributes them in approximately 160 countries through a network of more than 11,100 dealers and distributors.

CNH Global N.V. (CNH) was formed in November 1999 through the merger of New Holland and Case Corporation and is incorporated in the Netherlands. It is a publicly held company although Fiat is the largest single stock holder. CNH has three business segments: Agricultural Equipment; Construction Equipment and Financial Services.
