AGCO is third largest manufacturer and distributor of agricultural equipment and related replacement parts in the world based on annual net sales. The company was organized in 1990 by an investment group in order to acquire Allis-Chalmers, which began manufacturing and selling agricultural equipment in the early 1900s. Today, AGCO offers a full range of agricultural equipment including tractors, combines, hay tools, sprayers, and forage equipment.
